Thank you for choosing People’s Custom Rx for your pharmacy needs.  We look forward to providing you, your family, and your pets quality pharmacy services.  We specialize in preparing sterile and non-sterile medications with or without preservatives and dyes. We alter dosage forms for easier administration, and we flavor medications to the patient’s preference.  Our goal is to achieve positive outcomes for patients with unique needs through the provision of medications which have been formulated and prepared specifically for them.

William C. Johns, D.Ph., F.A.C.A., F.I.A.C.P. – Owner and Compounding Pharmacist

Bill graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy in 1965 and is currently Vice President of the American College of Veterinary Pharmacists.  He is also a Fellow of the International Association of Compounding Pharmacists (IACP) and the American College of Apothecaries, and received the Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award in 1997.  Bill holds certificates in the areas of general compounding, sterile and non-sterile compounding, hormone replacement, veterinary compounding, respiratory and diabetes care, and pain control. Bill has been married for 40 years and has 3 grown children and 11 grandchildren.

 

Judy Umfress, D.Ph. – Compounding Pharmacist and Natural Hormone Replacement Specialist

Judy graduated from the University of Mississippi College of Pharmacy in 1977. She is also a member of IACP. She holds certificates in general compounding, sterile and non-sterile compounding, hormone replacement, veterinary compounding, diabetes care, weight loss. Judy is married with 2 children.

 

Keith Young, D.Ph. – Compounding Pharmacist, Sterile and Non-Sterile Products

Keith graduated from the University of Mississippi College of Pharmacy in 1990.  He is currently a member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP), and holds certificates in the areas of general compounding, sterile and non-sterile compounding, hormone replacement, veterinary compounding, diabetes care and pain control. Keith is married and has 2 daughters.

 

Evelyn Dever, B.S. Pharm., C.Ph.T.– Compounding Specialist, Sterile and Non-Sterile Products

Evelyn received her pharmacy degree from Adamson University in Manila, Philippines. She is a member of IACP and is a Certified Pharmacy Technician. Evelyn is married with 2 children.

 

Tiffany Wagner, C.Ph.T., C.M.E. – Certified Pharmacy Technician and Certified Menopause Educator, Sterile and Non-Sterile Products 

Tiffany received her B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and is also certified through the North American Menopause Society. Tiffany is married and the mother of 2 boys.

 

Antonio Anderson, C.Ph.T.—Certified Pharmacy Technician

Antonio graduated from Corcorde Career College in 2000 where he received his Pharmacy Technician Certificate.  He received his certification in compounding from the American College of Apothecaries in 2005 and has 11 years of pharmacy experience.  He has been married to his wonderful wife for 7 years.

 

Mandy Williams, C.Ph.T.—Certified Pharmacy Technician

Mandy received her B.S. from Lipscomb University in Nashville.  She is a Certified Pharmacy Technician and has 2 years of pharmacy experience.

 

Susan Lackey

Susan attended the University of Memphis and has been a member of our pharmacy staff for 5 years.  She is married with 3 daughters.
